Return Process:
1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the instructions to submit a return request.
2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions via email. Please include this number with your return.
3. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the provided return label and ensure that it is properly addressed.
4. Return Shipping: Depending on the reason for return, we will either provide a prepaid return label or instruct you to arrange shipping at your own cost.
